Project Manager M&A - 11+years-Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Gurgaon
Summary - An exciting opportunity for a highly experienced Project Manager with over 15 years of expertise in project management, business operations, or consulting. This role involves leading complex projects across geographies, driving organizational change, and delivering on regulatory and business-critical initiatives.
Location - Multiple Locations (Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Gurgaon)

Responsibilities - * Manage initiation and delivery of projects aligned with the Change and M&A framework.

• Define and agree on project scope, deliverables, timelines, costs, and benefits.
• Plan, monitor, and report on project teams across multiple geographies.
• Lead risk management activities and maintain RAID logs.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to project teams and stakeholders.

Requirements - * Over 15 years of experience in project management within Insurance/Financial Services.

• Strong expertise in project methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) and change management.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, Prince2, MSP preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; knowledge of Power BI, MS Visio advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills across global teams.
