to take full responsibility for managing interior fit-out projects from planning to handover. The Project Manager will coordinate between clients, consultants, vendors, and site supervisors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple interior fit-out projects simultaneously (2-3 sites).
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and vendors.
Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
Coordinate BOQ, drawings, approvals, and client changes.
Guide site supervisors and ensure smooth daily site execution.
Oversee material procurement and vendor coordination.
Track project billing, variation orders, and approvals.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and finishing.
Organize weekly project review meetings and submit reports.
Resolve site-related issues quickly and effectively.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
5-10 years of proven experience in
Interior Fit-Out Project Management
.
Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and execution methods.
Excellent leadership, coordination, and client-handling skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets; AutoCAD knowledge preferred.
Ability to manage multiple sites independently.
