Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Project Manager - Interior Projects

to lead and manage end-to-end execution of commercial interior fit-out projects. The role involves planning, coordination, quality control, and timely delivery of interior works while ensuring adherence to design, budget, and safety standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

8 to 20 years of hands-on experience in interior fit-out projects, preferably in commercial or corporate buildings.

Diploma or B. Tech in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

Strong knowledge of interior construction methods, materials, finishes, and execution practices.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and preparation/handling of project-related documentation.

Willingness to travel and work at multiple project sites across Kerala, with Ernakulam as the base location.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end execution of interior fit-out and furnishing works at project sites.

Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion within budget.

Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.

Supervise site activities to ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Oversee material planning, procurement coordination, and manpower deployment at site.

Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company quality standards at all times.

Identify and resolve on-site technical, execution, and coordination issues.

Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and site records until project handover.
