Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled

Project Manager - Interior Designer

with strong experience in managing international clients across

Europe, America, UK, and UAE

. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, global design exposure, and the ability to lead premium interior and furniture projects independently.

Responsibilities

International Client & Project Management

Lead and deliver projects for clients in

Europe, America, UK, and UAE

. Conduct design presentations, project discussions, and weekly reviews. Ensure successful execution within timelines, budgets, and quality parameters.

Interior, Furniture & Technical Design

Prepare and evaluate 2D drawings, 3D layouts, and

AI-based 3D modelling

. Coordinate closely with design, engineering, and manufacturing teams. Ensure alignment with global design trends and technical requirements.

Experience in furniture manufacturing will be an added advantage.

Team Coordination

Supervise designers, draftsmen, vendors, and production teams. Maintain updated documentation, schedules, and progress reports. Troubleshoot design or manufacturing issues proactively.

Cross-Border Collaboration & Travel

Communicate professionally with international stakeholders across time zones. Participate in

short-term Europe business tours

, as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree in

Interior Design / Architecture

. Minimum

5+ years

of experience working with international clients (Europe/US/UK/UAE preferred). Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and

AI-based modelling tools

. Proven project management and team leadership skills. Ability to independently manage multiple global projects.

Preferred Skills

Experience in luxury furniture or high-end interior projects. Understanding of Western & Middle Eastern design styles. Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sense. Knowledge of furniture manufacturing processes (added advantage).
