MBA (Project Management) / BE / B.Tech / B.Arch

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team comprising Project Coordinators, Site Heads, Site Engineers, and Site Executives. Create detailed project schedules and ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective execution. Engage and manage vendor teams at site. Coordinate with the Purchase Department to ensure timely ordering of long-lead items. Prepare and share regular MIS reports with both clients and internal management. Represent the company in client meetings and ensure effective communication. Ensure smooth handover and formal project closure upon completion.

Requirements:

Proven experience in interior

fit-out projects

, specifically in the

gym and fitness sector

. Strong understanding of

BOQs, architectural/interior drawings

, and project documentation. Must have successfully delivered

at least 20 projects end-to-end

. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle

multiple projects simultaneously

, working effectively with both clients and internal teams.
