Indigo Interiors is looking for a highly organized and experienced

Project Manager

to oversee interior design projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project execution, vendor coordination, budgeting, and client handling within the interior design or construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and execute interior design projects while ensuring timely delivery. Coordinate between clients, design teams, site engineers, vendors, and contractors. Conduct site visits, supervise on-site activities, and ensure quality control. Monitor project progress and proactively resolve delays or issues. Manage budgets, procurement of materials, and vendor negotiations. Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and local regulations. Provide regular updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders. Handle multiple projects simultaneously and ensure client satisfaction at all stages.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the interior design or fit-out industry. Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other project management tools. Knowledge of local vendors, contractors, and building compliance norms in Bangalore. Ability to manage on-site teams and handle pressure in fast-paced environments.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,111.89 per month
