About the Role:

Seeking a

Principal HR Consultant

with 10+ years of experience. Expertise in

strategic HR planning, talent management, and process improvement

. Proven track record in

driving HR initiatives and delivering results

. Strong

leadership and interpersonal skills

required.

Key Responsibilities:

Initiate and lead

HR programs and projects

. Conduct

research to identify issues and root causes

. Provide

advice and recommendations

to HR personnel and clients. Formulate

strategic plans

to address HR matters. Assess

client HR needs

and craft

tailored solutions

. Assist in

KRA-KPI development, performance reviews, and training

. Design and deliver

HR training programs

. Stay updated on

industry trends and legal requirements

. Cultivate

strong client relationships

and identify growth opportunities. Contribute to

continuous service improvement

. Drive

change and culture management

. Assist in

policy development and integration

. Select and implement

HR technology

. Establish

control systems for compliance

with HR practices.

Requirements / Qualifications:

BBA / MBA / PG Diploma in

Management

or relevant degree. Expertise in

strategic planning and vision

. Excellent

communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills

. Strong

organizational skills

with attention to detail. Sound

judgment and problem-solving abilities

. Expertise in

process improvement

. Up-to-date knowledge of

HR trends

.

Leadership qualities

; determined, devoted, and dynamic. Willingness to

travel to client sites

as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
