Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and monitor the CETP project from initiation to successful handover.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely execution.

Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and control project costs effectively.

Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards and statutory compliance.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and MIS updates for management.

Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure smooth workflow.

Lead commissioning and performance trials of CETP before handover to operations team.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental/Chemical/Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred).

10 years of experience in managing CETP/ETP/STP projects with proven track record.

Strong project management skills including scheduling, budgeting, and vendor coordination.

Knowledge of effluent treatment technologies, regulatory norms, and compliance requirements.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple stakeholders.
