Project Manager

We require Qualified and Experienced Project Manager with more than 10 years experience in executing EPC PROJECT and should have independently handled large value Construction Sites. Shall be responsible for overall execution of the Project, with targeted process, client coordination, arranging skilled manpower.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning & Execution of the Project as per the contract schedule.

Collaborate with Engineers , architects etc to determine the specification of the Project.

Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.

Prepare project reports, schedules and plans as per requirements.

Ensure that all necessary permits ,licenses, and approvals(Pre & Post Construction )are obtained from Statutory bodies.

Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.

Supervise the work of labours ,mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed.

Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.

Responsible for correspondence /interaction with Govt Clients, Architects and Vendors for execution.

Selection and procurement of construction materials, equipment and supplies as per the requirement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

or a related field (Master's degree may be preferred). Proven experience in project management, particularly in civil engineering or construction. Professional engineering license (PE) may be required in some cases. Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction practices. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Salary:- Negotiable for experience candidates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
