Operational Effectiveness & Control:
  • Ensures appropriate oversight mechanisms and high standards of internal control
  • Build collaborative relationships, defines and atriculate to stakeholdres the targeted benefits for organisational change intervention. Communicate changes in policy and governance effectively, reinforcing risk processes within the team
  • Leads the development of metrics to track and measure the delivery and impact of engagement programmes, sharing insights with the Cybersecurity leadership team
  • Enhances operational controls through constructive identification and challenging of issues
  • Ensure adherence to all set governance and policies

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
  • 15+ Experience in development with IT development background having experience in Java, Databases
  • At least 5+ years of Project management having handled multiple projects at the same time
  • Good experience or background of Telecom domain is preferred,
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Have worked in Global setup with experience of handling overseas customers/stakehokders
  • Strong interpersonal skills – good judgement, assertiveness, high level of communication skills to achieve effective stakeholder management, build consultative relationships, and ability to collaborate directly with a variety of clients (business, development, compliance, etc.)
  • Proven ability to articulate complex issues concisely, suitable for all levels across the HSBC group. Gravitas and ability to interact with and coach senior
  • Knowledge of Contact Centre technologies is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Lean Sigma practices
  • Needs to be resourceful and demonstrate innovation
  • Knowledge and experience of using agile delivery methods and tools to implement both tactical and strategic changes
  • Commercially astute, ability to balance and assess risk vs. reward, maximising cost effectiveness and profitability for functions and/or business lines
  • Respectful of different cultures, working with colleagues from across all the globe
