Project Planning and Management

: Ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the required standard.

Construction Management:

Overseeing construction activities, managing risks, and ensuring quality control.

Risk Management

: Identifying and mitigating potential risks that could impact the project.

Marketing and Sales

: Collaborating with clients to develop marketing strategies and sales plans.

Site Selection and Analysis

: Conducting feasibility studies and analyzing site options for development.

Design and Planning

: Working with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop project designs and plans.
