Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple ongoing projects, ensuring smooth coordination between our design office, clients, and site teams . The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and monitor all phases of assigned projects from design through handover.
Coordinate effectively between the office design team, site engineers, contractors, and clients.
Ensure timely procurement of materials and adherence to project budgets.
Conduct regular site visits to review progress and quality of work.
Identify and resolve issues that may impact project delivery.
Maintain detailed project documentation and progress reports.
Support senior management in planning future projects and improving processes.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management*.

minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management(preferably in design-build firms).
Strong understanding of architectural drawings, site execution, and material management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
