A Construction Project Manager in China typically oversees and coordinates all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This involves managing resources, contracts, and stakeholders, as well as handling project documentation and reporting. Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

Developing project plans, managing timelines, and coordinating activities to ensure smooth project execution.

Budget Management:

Controlling costs, managing budgets, and ensuring projects stay within financial constraints.

Contract and Vendor Management:

Selecting and managing subcontractors and vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.

Quality Control:

Implementing quality control procedures, ensuring adherence to standards, and resolving quality issues.

Safety Management:

Enforcing safety regulations, conducting safety checks, and ensuring a safe working environment.

Stakeholder Management:

Communicating with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, providing regular project updates and addressing concerns.
