We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our construction project, focusing on high-rise buildings and commerical developments. The ideal candidate should have over 10+ years of comprehensive experience in construction management, encompassing planning, site management, budgeting, and subcontractor management.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning:
Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and strategies to ensure successful completion of high-rise construction projects.
Site Management:
Oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly.
MEP Coordination:
Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing teams to ensure that all systems are integrated efficiently within the project scope.
Budgeting and Cost Control:
Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring financial performance meets organizational goals. Monitor expenditures and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
Contract Labour Management:
Manage relationships with subcontractors and labour teams. Ensure compliance with contracts and performance standards.
Safety Compliance:
Promote a culture of safety on-site. Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and standards. Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions.
Supply Chain Management:
Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and internal teams. Provide regular updates on project status and resolve any conflicts that arise.
Quality Control:
Implement quality assurance protocols to ensure that all work meets industry standards and client specifications.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on high-rise buildings and commercial ,complex projects.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering(Btech), or a related field.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
