We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Civil Project Manager

to oversee and manage end-to-end construction activities for our ongoing and upcoming projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in civil engineering and proven leadership skills in handling multiple large-scale projects.

Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and monitor all phases of construction projects. Coordinate with architects, structural and MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors. Ensure quality control, cost efficiency, and timely completion of works. Prepare and manage project budgets, bills, and progress reports. Supervise site activities and ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards. Conduct regular site meetings and report project status to the management. Liaise with clients, consultants, and statutory authorities as required.

Qualifications:

B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university. Minimum 10 years of experience in building construction projects. Strong knowledge of project management tools (MS Project/Primavera preferred). Familiarity with construction standards, IS codes, and local regulations. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Experience with Revit/AutoCAD and exposure to BIM workflows is an added advantage.
