Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with a strong background in civil engineering and proven experience in managing luxury bungalow and villa projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in residential construction, with a focus on quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

o Lead and manage end-to-end execution of bungalow and villa construction projects. o

Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and site engineers to ensure timely delivery.

Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocation. Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality benchmarks, and regulatory compliance. Resolve site-level issues and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. Prepare and present project reports to senior management. Candidate Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred) Minimum 10 years of experience in residential construction, especially luxury villas/bungalows. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualities Experience working with premium clients and luxury design standards. Familiarity with modern construction technologies and sustainable practices
