Profile: Oversees all aspects of interior design projects, from initial concept to final completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensuring they are followed throughout the project lifecycle.

Client Communication and Relationship Management:

Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, managing expectations, and providing regular updates on project progress.

Team Coordination and Supervision:

Leading and supervising design teams, contractors, and other project stakeholders, ensuring everyone is working effectively and efficiently.

Budget and Resource Management:

Developing and managing project budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring that the project stays within financial constraints.

Quality Control and Compliance:

Conducting site visits, monitoring the quality of work, and ensuring that the project adheres to all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and design specifications.

Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution:

Identifying and resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during the project, ensuring that they are addressed promptly and effectively.

Reporting and Documentation:

Preparing and presenting project reports, providing updates to clients and senior management, and maintaining accurate project documentation.

Negotiation and Procurement:

Negotiating contracts with vendors and suppliers, managing procurement of materials and furnishings, and ensuring timely delivery of all necessary items.

Adaptability and Flexibility:

Being able to adapt to changing project requirements, unforeseen challenges, and adjust plans as needed.

Technical Proficiency:

Having a strong understanding of interior design principles, construction methods, and relevant building codes.
Salary: ?40,000 to ?55,000
