He will be deputy to KRG in his role as Project director on 3# contracts amounting to Rs 600 Crs. Vidyadhar would be primarily responsible for
1. Scheduling & Monitoring of contractual deliverables.
2. Commercial discipline by way of Invoicing - tracking.
3. Document keeping and contractual letters, protecting BSL interest.
4. Rasing red flags and be part of solution towards Manpower & Accesses availability.
5. Quality assurance & control monitoring.
