Qualification

• Bachelors or Masters degree of engineering or Science

Technical:

• Total 7 to 14 years' experience
• Experience in project management
• Strong people management skills and experience
• Experience in managing Cloud technologies
• Experience in working in Agile (Scrum) methodology
• Strong collaboration, teamwork and team management skills with the ability to work in a cross-functional environment as well as work independently.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills : English
• Provide leadership to development team
• Vendor, Client Management

Functional
Experience of working in Insurance domain is an advantage.
