Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented

Project Manager with strong Quality Assurance (QA) experience

to lead projects from initiation through delivery. This role requires a blend of project management expertise and hands-on QA knowledge to ensure successful project execution, process compliance, and product quality.

Qualifications & Skills

Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Establish and monitor QA processes to ensure high product quality. Conduct risk management, issue resolution, and change management activities. Track project progress using appropriate tools and provide status reports to leadership and stakeholders. Review test plans, test cases, and defect tracking to ensure QA coverage and alignment with requirements. Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana). Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience in the IT or Software Development industry is a plus
