Project Manager with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Location: India (Remote), (Candidate have to work in US EST time zone from India) Position Type: Full time Max salary: 25 Lakhs Per annum Working Hours: The working hours for this position will be aligned with the Eastern Standard Time (EST) in the USA. Note: Pharma experience is a critical requirement for this role, reflecting our client\'s commitment to serving the pharmaceutical sector and their clients within it. Responsibilities: As a Project Manager specializing in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) within our organization, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and ensuring the successful execution of projects. Your responsibilities will include: \xc2\xb7 Coordinating and managing projects that center around Governance, Risk, and Compliance. \xc2\xb7 Developing, maintaining, and meticulously adhering to project plans and schedules. \xc2\xb7 Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and deliver new projects. \xc2\xb7 Identifying and proficiently managing potential risks and issues that could impact project delivery. \xc2\xb7 Ensuring that project objectives and requirements are well-defined and consistently met. \xc2\xb7 Implementing industry-best project management practices to uphold impeccable quality standards. \xc2\xb7 Effectively communicating project status, challenges, and deliverables with stakeholders and management. \xc2\xb7 Leading and inspiring project team members, offering guidance and unwavering support. Qualifications: To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications: \xc2\xb7 A Bachelor\'s Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. \xc2\xb7 PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification is mandatory. \xc2\xb7 A proven track record in project management, with a preference for experience in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance domain. \xc2\xb7 Profound knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools. \xc2\xb7 Outstanding communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. \xc2\xb7 The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing multiple projects concurrently. \xc2\xb7 Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities. Desirable Skills: In addition to the qualifications above, the following skills are highly advantageous: \xc2\xb7 Previous experience collaborating with offshore teams. \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards. \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in project management software tools.
