Role Overview
We are seeking a
Project Manager
to lead the delivery of Longefit's
web and mobile applications
. You will work
on-site in Kochi
, coordinating a small engineering team consisting of:
2 Full-Stack Developers (Node.js, PostgreSQL, Next.js)
1 Mobile App Developer (React Native or Flutter)
This role requires
strong sprint planning skills, technical understanding, and delivery ownership
.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute sprints, breaking down requirements into actionable tasks
Run daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Coordinate backend, web, and mobile development activities
Track timelines, dependencies, blockers, and risks
Ensure sprint commitments are achievable and delivered on time
Communicate progress, risks, and delivery status to founders and stakeholders
Support App Store and Play Store release management
Maintain quality and stability of product releases
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum
2 years experience as a Project Manager
in software/web/mobile projects (
industry standard
)
Prior experience as a
software developer
is preferred
Knowledge of
Node.js, REST APIs, PostgreSQL
Working knowledge of
React / Next.js
Familiarity with
React Native and/or Flutter
Strong hands-on experience with
Agile / Scrum
and sprint planning
Excellent communication, coordination, and ownership skills
Willingness to work
on-site in Kochi
Total years of experience can vary; the
key requirement is PM capability
.
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
Sprint predictability: ₹ 85-90% planned work delivered
On-time delivery of releases
Minimal critical production issues
Clear coordination across web and mobile teams
Accurate and timely project reporting
