About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager with hands-on experience in full-stack web development and proven expertise in managing technology-driven projects. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable understanding technical complexities as well as driving teams toward on-time, high-quality delivery aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and deliver multiple web development and technology projects within scope, time, and budget. Act as the primary coordinator between the CTO and development teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment. Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers for resolving queries, improving code quality, and optimizing solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern project management best practices. Proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies with effective resolution strategies. Track KPIs including delivery timelines, cost efficiency, quality standards, and stakeholder satisfaction. Drive innovation through adoption of new tools, frameworks, and best practices. Mentor and motivate team members, fostering accountability and productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 6-8 years of experience, starting from

full-stack development

and progressing into project management/technical leadership. Strong coding knowledge in modern web technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React/Angular/Vue, databases, APIs). Deep understanding of software architecture, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and DevOps practices. Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana) and version control (Git). Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, CSM) are a plus.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
