We're looking for a Project Manager who can keep multiple creative projects moving - from website builds (Figma to live) to branding projects and one-time initiatives like photoshoots, influencer collaborations, and creative campaigns.
If you love bringing structure to chaos, keeping creatives and developers on track, and making sure deadlines are met without killing the vibe, this one's for you.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Manage end-to-end website projects - coordinate between designers (Figma stage), developers (live stage), and clients.
Lead branding deliverables - from logo concepts and moodboards to final brand identity kits.
Oversee creative and campaign projects - photography, influencer deliverables, packaging, or one-time collaborations.
Maintain timelines, task trackers, and clear client communication.
Ensure quality control at every stage and manage approvals seamlessly.
Work closely with the founder and creative team to deliver projects you'll actually be proud of.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
2-4 years of experience in managing branding / website / creative projects (agency or creative tech background preferred).
Understanding of Figma, Webflow or WordPress, and familiarity with the overall web process.
Strong communication and time management skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects with ease and maturity.
Bonus: You enjoy working with creative people - designers,writers, developers - and can speak all their languages.
