About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Project Manager
with hands-on experience in managing
web and mobile app development projects
. The ideal candidate should be capable of coordinating with cross-functional teams, understanding client requirements, ensuring timely project delivery, and maintaining smooth communication between clients and the development team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end web and app development projects from planning to delivery.
Gather and understand client requirements; prepare project scopes, timelines, and documentation.
Coordinate with design, development, QA, and deployment teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions proactively.
Conduct regular client meetings, provide updates, and maintain strong client relationships.
Ensure on-time delivery of high-quality projects within defined budgets.
Prepare project reports, task assignments, and maintain project management tools.
Facilitate communication between internal teams and clients to ensure clarity and alignment.
Assist in quality assurance and ensure project standards are consistently met.
Manage post-launch support, feedback, and necessary updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1-3 years of proven experience in managing
web and app development projects
.
Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS, CMS, APIs) and mobile app development processes (Android/iOS).
Excellent communication, client-handling, and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, etc.).
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Basic understanding of UI/UX principles is a plus.
Ability to work with technical teams and translate technical terms into client-friendly language.
