We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and delivering software development projects, including mobile applications and web-based solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, and effective coordination between internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities :
Understand business requirements of projects and clearly communicate them to the development and design teams.
Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver projects within defined timelines, scope, and budget.
Lead and oversee a cross-functional team comprising project coordinators, designers, and
developers to ensure high-quality deliverables. Identify potential project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or
cost overruns. Facilitate and provide client consultations as required throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct daily Scrum meetings and ensure adherence to Agile methodologies.
Organize and deliver regular project demos to clients.
Review project deliverables to ensure clients receive high-quality and reliable solutions.
