, you will oversee the fabrication tasks and physical setup related to cafe outlet projects, including installing fixtures, coordinating equipment, and ensuring quality and safety during build-outs and setup activities. You'll lead on-site work, manage subcontractors, supervise installations, and ensure project tasks are completed on time and to specification.
Key Responsibilities:
Fabrication & Setup:
Supervise fabrication and assembly work(fixtures, shelving, counters, signage, structural supports).
Coordinate fabrication phases with designers or vendors to meet specifications, timelines and quality standards. Expertia
Set up site layouts, equipment, furniture, and utilities as per approved plans.
Ensure correct fitting and installation of cafe equipment (espresso machines, counters, POS stations, etc.).
Project Execution:
Assist with project planning, sequencing, and work schedules for setup and fabrication tasks.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure materials, tools, and resources arrive as needed. ConstructionPlacements
Monitor progress and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule and within quality standards.
On-Site Supervision & Coordination:
Supervise on-site teams, subcontractors, and craft workers during setup and fabrication phases.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with project specs.
Enforce safety procedures, maintain clean workspaces, and ensure equipment is correctly used.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain daily/weekly reports on work progress, site activities, and issues.
Communicate updates to project managers and senior leadership.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in fabrication or construction setup
