We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage construction projects in the institutional and residential sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution

: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensure their successful execution from initiation to completion.

Team Leadership

: Lead and motivate multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication to achieve project objectives.

Risk Management

: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and budgets.

Stakeholder Communication

: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.

Quality Assurance

: Ensure all construction activities comply with industry standards, regulations, and quality control measures.

Software Proficiency

: MS Project
Key Requirements

Experience

: 8-10 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, particularly in the institutional and residential sectors.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a relevant field. A Master's degree is advantageous.

Pay: ₹17,692.02 - ₹80,193.83 per month
