Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

Project Manager - Interior Fit-Out

to manage end-to-end execution of residential interior projects. The role involves handling full house civil works, modular installations, coordination with multiple stakeholders, adherence to timelines, quality control, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction from site handover to final delivery.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution

Manage complete interior fit-out projects from design freeze to final handover Prepare project schedules, execution plans, manpower allocation, and timelines Coordinate with design, production, site execution, and installation teams

Civil & Interior Works Management

Oversee all civil works including masonry, plaster, flooring, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, and painting Manage installation of modular kitchens, wardrobes, and custom furniture Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and BOQs

Vendor & Team Coordination

Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and material suppliers Monitor subcontractor productivity, performance, and timelines Ensure timely material procurement and site readiness

Quality & Safety Control

Ensure quality standards, workmanship, and finishing across all stages Conduct regular site inspections and close snag lists before handover Maintain site safety and ensure compliance with safety norms

Cost & Billing Control

Track project costs against approved budgets Verify contractor bills, measurements, variations, and extra works Control material wastage, rework, and cost overruns

Client Communication

Act as the single point of contact for clients at site level Share regular progress updates and manage client expectations Address client concerns promptly and ensure overall satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in full-house residential interior fit-out projects Strong knowledge of civil works, modular kitchens, and wardrobe systems Ability to read, interpret, and execute working drawings and shop drawings Proficiency in MS Excel, project tracking, and reporting Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Profile

Experience in high-end residential interior projects Exposure to modular furniture manufacturing and on-site installation Familiarity with interior execution software such as

Infurnia

or

AutoCAD

(added advantage)

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
