Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead and manage complex mobile and digital transformation initiatives across multiple projects. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, client-facing skills, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will excel in managing the end-to-end software development lifecycle, driving innovation through emerging technologies (including AI), and delivering high-quality mobile solutions that create measurable business value for clients.

Full SDLC Management:

Oversee the complete Software Development Life Cycle for multiple projects.

Mobile App Expertise:

Lead mobile app development projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.

Innovation and Adaptability:

Quickly learn and leverage new concepts, business models, and emerging technologies, including Enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.

AI Tools Integration:

Utilize AI-powered tools to streamline project management tasks, improve efficiency, and optimize workflows.

Strategic Planning:

Define goals, objectives, deliverables, strategies, priorities, resources, and project costs. Develop and execute robust implementation plans.

Metrics and Reporting:

Create, update, manage, and regularly report key metrics and project progress.

Change Management:

Monitor and control all changes to project requirements and deliverables, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.

Process Optimization:

Refine and align project processes to meet client-specific requirements and standards.

Client Engagement:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Understand their culture, people, and processes to build strong, trust-based relationships.

Team Leadership:

Coach and mentor team members on technology, client business processes, and expectations. Foster a positive, collaborative working environment.

Continuous Learning:

Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements, including AI and other emerging trends, to ensure competitive solutions.

Knowledge Sharing:

Capture and compile lessons learned reports for all projects to drive organizational improvement.

Integration Mastery:

Optimize and integrate business processes across disparate systems, mobile technologies, and analytics platforms.

Deployment Experience:

Lead deployments of enterprise and consumer-facing mobile software systems for iOS and Android environments. Analyze client business processes, workflows, and requirements to identify solution fit and drive value-based outcomes. Collaborate closely with sales teams to prepare persuasive proposals, presentations, and business cases. Support sales executives by providing detailed functional insights, documentation, and industry-specific recommendations. Conduct in-depth market and competitor research to understand trends and support strategic positioning. Assist in creating, enhancing, and customizing product demos to align with client expectations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus. 8+ years of experience in software delivery, project/program management, or solution-focused roles, with a strong emphasis on mobile application development. Proven experience managing end-to-end SDLC across multiple, concurrent projects. Strong understanding of iOS and Android platforms, mobile architectures, and enterprise mobility solutions. Hands-on experience or strong exposure to AI-powered tools for project management, analytics, or workflow optimization. Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at both technical and business levels. Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Experience supporting pre-sales activities, including proposals, demos, and business case development. Exceptional communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
