Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Project Manager

to join our dynamic team. This role involves overseeing digital marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports and meeting notes. Facilitate meetings and workshops as needed. Ensure quality assurance standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in project management, preferably in a digital marketing environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
