Job Overview:

We are seeking 10-15 years experienced and highly skilled Network Manager to oversee the clients network devices and operations and managing team of 10-12 network and Sr. network administrators. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the network systems, as well as maintaining a high level of network and security services.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the network systems, including servers, storage, networking equipment, and telephony services Must have been part of data center, Networking and telephony implementation projects Ensure the implementation and adherence to data center and network policies, procedures, and best practices Ensure that the data center and network infrastructure is secure, reliable, and scalable to meet the company's current and future business needs Should have experience in managing incident, change and problem management related to network systems. Experience in Solarwinds for monitoring and Service now for ticketing tools Good knowledge and hands on experience on ClearPass upgrade and Router and switches and Firewall upgrades. Knowledge of Wireless devices like Aruba and Meraki. Other Position Requirements Demonstrated knowledge of various technologies to include DMVPN, Flex-VPN, IPsec tunnel, Palo-Alto Networks, ASA, Juniper, FortiGate CCNA (Data Center, Routing & Switching, Security, Service Provider, Wireless) Managing team responsible for ensuring the stable operation of our customer's LAN, WAN, Data Center networks. This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network hardware, software, and communication links. Performs network configuration changes to data networking equipment (for example - Firewalls switches, routers, Wireless, etc.). Develop and implement plans for disaster recovery and business continuity Conduct regular audits to assess the performance of the data center and network systems, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to resolve any issues Maintain the inventory of all hardware and software assets, including licensing, warranties, and maintenance agreements Develop and manage the data center and network budgets, including the planning and allocation of resources and personnel Hire, train, and manage a team of data center and network professionals, including engineers, technicians, and support staff Develop Recommended design changes for network systems that include router, switch, and firewall configuration. Provide strong analytical skills in troubleshooting bugs in Cisco IOS software using program dumps and crash files, then provided engineering report Responsible for handling high profile clients: provide root cause analysis and warranty replacements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field At least 10-15 years of experience in data center and network management, with a strong focus on security and telephony services Expertise in data center and network technologies, including servers, storage, networking equipment, and telephony systems Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of network professionals Ability to work under pressure, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of BGP and EIGRP routing protocols Expertise in Cisco switching and network design Experience with SolarWinds network monitoring and management tools In-depth understanding of Palo Alto Firewall technologies and configuration Strong skills in WAN, LAN, transport and network optimization Experience with 802.11x Wireless standards and best practices

Certifications (preferred)

CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert) SolarWinds Certified Professional Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE) Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
