The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects within defined timelines, budget, and scope. The role requires effective coordination with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects while adhering to company standards, compliance, and quality requirements. Able to understand the Drawings, Technical Discussion & Site Coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with client requirements and organizational goals.
Develop project schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and allocate resources accordingly.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within cost and quality parameters.
Able to understand Drwaings.
Team Leadership & Coordination
Lead, guide, and motivate project teams to achieve defined goals.
Assign tasks, track deliverables, and ensure accountability.
Foster effective communication and collaboration between departments (Design, Purchase, Quality, Production, Site, etc.).
Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as the single point of contact for clients on project-related matters.
Conduct regular meetings with clients and stakeholders to provide updates.
Address issues, risks, and conflicts promptly to maintain client satisfaction.
Risk & Compliance Management
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
Ensure adherence to statutory compliance, industry standards, and safety regulations.
Monitor quality assurance processes and implement corrective actions when required.
Budget & Reporting
Prepare project budgets and control expenses to avoid overruns.
Track financial progress and prepare periodic project reports for management review.
Ensure documentation, approvals, and project closure activities are completed.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Proficiency in MS Project/ Letters Drafting/ Documentation/ Presentation.
Knowledge of project execution in Control Systems / Electrical / EPC domain preferred.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
May need to travel on frequent basis.
Qualification & Experience:
B.E./B.Tech (Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics / Instrumentation) or equivalent.
4-7 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in
Control Systems / Automation / Electrical EPC industry
