What You'll Do:

Lead and mentor a high-performing dev team (10-15 developers)

Oversee multiple full-stack projects with cutting-edge tech

Manage project delivery, client interactions, and deployment cycles

Ensure code quality, scalability, security, and performance

Bridge the gap between business needs and tech solutions

Your Tech Toolkit:

Frontend: React.js / Angular / Vue.js, HTML/CSS, Tailwind, Redux

Backend: Node.js / Python / Java / .NET / PHP, REST & GraphQL APIs

Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis

DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS/Azure

Specialized: IoT & Blockchain API integration, regulatory compliance (DSCSA/GDPR)

What We're Looking For:

10+ years of full-stack development experience.

6+ years in technical team leadership

Expertise in delivering scalable, secure enterprise applications

Strong problem-solving and communication skills
