About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven

Project Manager

to oversee end-to-end project execution, from planning and scheduling to completion and delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical engineering background, excellent leadership skills, and proven experience managing technical/engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, plan, and manage mechanical/engineering projects from concept to completion Develop project schedules, budgets, work breakdown structures (WBS), and resource plans Coordinate with engineering, procurement, vendors, and construction teams Monitor project progress and ensure on-time delivery within cost and quality standards Conduct regular project review meetings and prepare status reports Manage risk assessment and implement mitigation strategies Ensure strict compliance with safety, engineering standards, and company policies Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders Facilitate documentation, approvals, and handover processes Drive continuous improvement across project workflows and execution

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, fabrication, installation, or industrial projects Excellent project management skills (planning, scheduling, cost tracking, risk management) Strong leadership, communication, and team-management abilities Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay: ₹17,731.68 - ₹30,285.83 per month
