Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager - Zoho Applications to lead end-to-end implementation and delivery of Zoho solutions for clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Zoho projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery aligned with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end Zoho implementation projects (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho People, Zoho Desk, Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics, Zoho One, etc.) Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional Zoho solutions. Create project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Coordinate with developers, consultants, QA, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies; take proactive corrective actions. Ensure scope control, quality assurance, and on-time project delivery. Conduct regular client meetings, status updates, and internal reviews. Oversee UAT, go-live, and post-implementation support. Ensure documentation is maintained (BRD, FSD, SOPs, user guides). Support process improvement and best practices across Zoho implementations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field Proven experience as a Project Manager handling Zoho applications Strong knowledge of Zoho ecosystem. Experience working in a Zoho Partner / service-based organization (preferred) Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience with project management tools (Zoho Projects, Jira, or similar)
