Key Responsibilities :



Coordination & Collaboration :



Serve as the primary interface between design studio, clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.

Facilitate timely communication, documentation, and approvals to ensure project flow and accountability.

Coordinate project schedules, deliverables, and dependencies between internal design teams and external stakeholders.

Review consultant drawings, vendor shop drawings, and site progress to align with design intent.

Organize regular review meetings and prepare concise project reports and trackers.

Project Management & Cost Awareness :



Possess working knowledge of market rates, material costs, fabrication and job work pricing, and vendor quotations.

Participate in feasibility studies and project budgeting in coordination with the design and procurement teams.

Monitor cost implications of design decisions and support value engineering without diluting design quality.

Maintain project timelines, resource allocation, and work sequencing for efficient execution.

Conduct regular site visits, quality inspections, and progress assessments.

Evaluate construction readiness, material deployment, and design adherence at every stage.

Identify on-site deviations, suggest practical solutions, and coordinate technical resolutions with the design team.

Ensure that design is translated accurately into construction while safeguarding aesthetics and functionality.

Oversee site closure, snag list completion, and handover to client with documentation.

Strategic & Planning Responsibilities :



Plan, organize, and manage workflows between studio, site, vendors, and consultants to achieve milestones.

Anticipate risks or delays and proactively align all parties for course correction.

Support design teams with execution data, feasibility inputs, and ground-level insights.

Maintain up-to-date awareness of materials, finishes, technologies, and construction practices.

Skills & Competencies :



Strong leadership and interpersonal coordination skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation ability.

Good analytical and documentation skills for project planning and reporting.

Sound understanding of construction drawings, technical detailing, and material application.

Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, and related coordination tools.

Pragmatic problem-solving approach with respect for design excellence.

High accountability and ownership mindset.

Willingness to travel out of station for site reviews, inspections, and client meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
