Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics; build detailed project plans (WBS, schedules, dependencies, resources, critical path).

Lead cross-functional teams (HW, FW, controls, mechanical, test/validation, manufacturing, quality, supply chain) to deliver milestones on time, budget, and quality.

Track progress across requirements, design, prototype builds, validation, release, and ramp; identify bottlenecks early and drive corrective actions.

Own RAID management (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies); develop mitigation/ contingency plans; manage scope, schedule, cost trade-offs.

Manage change control and configuration: assess impact of requirement/scope changes, secure approvals, and communicate decisions clearly.

Collaborate with suppliers/EMS partners and internal manufacturing/QA teams to resolve production & quality issues, support NPI readiness, improve yield & processes.

Ensure deliverables meet specifications and quality standards; coordinate validation activities (functional, thermal, reliability, EMI/EMC as relevant).

Maintain strong documentation (plans, MoMs, trackers, gate checklists, release packages, traceability) and continuously improve PM tools and ways of working.

Required Skills & Experience

4-6 years in project/program management for engineering product development (electronics/embedded/power electronics preferred).

Proven ability to run end-to-end projects: plan > build > validate > release > production.

Strong grasp of product lifecycle and cross-functional engineering workflows.

Proficient with MS Project, Jira, Asana, and reporting using Excel/Sheets.

Strong stakeholder management, communication across technical/non-technical teams.

Solid scheduling skills: dependencies, critical path, and resource planning.

Strong problem-solving mindset with proactive, execution-focused delivery.

Comfortable coordinating with suppliers and manufacturing/QA to unblock delivery.

Desired Skills

PMP / PRINCE2 / PMI-ACP (or equivalent) certification.

Startup / fast-paced execution experience; New Product Introduction (NPI) exposure.

Familiarity with Agile, iterative & hybrid delivery models (especially HW/FW programs).

Experience with power electronics products, stage-gate/NPI milestones (EVT/DVT/PVT).

Experience with NCR/CAPA and RCA tools (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone, DFMEA/PFMEA).

Exposure to reliability and compliance testing (EMI/EMC, thermal, environmental).

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
