Project Manager - Full Time

We are looking for an experienced and organized Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of design, tech, and marketing projects. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects on time while managing communication between teams and clients. This role requires strong ownership, clarity in decision-making, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Own complete project lifecycle planning, execution, delivery, and review Create and manage project timelines, roadmaps, and weekly goals Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, tech, marketing, sales) Lead client communication, requirement gathering, and status updates Track progress using tools like JIRA, Slack, Google Workspace, etc. Identify risks, remove blockers, and ensure smooth workflow Maintain high-quality output through reviews and quality checks Manage resource allocation and workload distribution Prepare project reports, documentation, and performance metrics Continuously improve project processes and team efficiency

Requirements

1-3+ years of experience in project management (agency experience is a plus) Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Proven ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines Good understanding of design, development, or creative workflows Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, Notion, Sheets, Docs) Ability to think critically and solve problems quickly Bachelor's degree in management, business, design, tech, or related field

Preferred Skills

Experience managing design or SaaS-based projects Understanding of agile/scrum methodologies Strong documentation and reporting skills Ability to manage clients professionally and diplomatically
