Job Summary
We are looking for an both
Junior & Senior
experienced and detail-oriented
Project Manager (Office Fit Out)
to lead and execute commercial interior projects from initiation to handover. The ideal candidate will have strong project planning, coordination, and site management skills, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery aligned with client expectations, budgets, and compliance standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution
Lead complete project lifecycle from kickoff, planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Prepare project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation plans.
Ensure adherence to project scope, budget, and quality standards.
Site Management & Coordination
Supervise day-to-day site activities for Civil & Interior works.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal design/technical teams to ensure smooth execution.
Conduct regular site inspections, monitor progress, and track work against approved drawings and BOQs.
C&I Finishing & Quality Control
Oversee C&I finishing works ensuring workmanship meets APS standards.
Conduct QC checks during finishing, installation, and pre-handover stages.
Maintain snag/defect lists and ensure closure within agreed timelines.
Client Communication & Reporting
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project.
Conduct site walkthroughs, progress reviews, and weekly update meetings.
Prepare MIS reports, progress trackers, and documentation for internal and client reporting.
Risk & Compliance
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
Identify risks, delays, and site challenges; propose corrective actions proactively.
Ensure adherence to APS health, safety, and quality protocols.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
3-12 years of experience in managing corporate office fit out or commercial interior projects.
Strong technical understanding of interior works, C&I finishing, MEP coordination, and project sequencing.
Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and basic understanding of Revit/SketchUp.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
Strong understanding of local building codes, safety norms, and quality standards.
