At Rad Studio, we bring creative design to life through precise execution. We're looking for an Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while maintaining smooth coordination between clients, vendors, and on-site teams.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, leading execution on-site and ensuring every detail aligns with Rad Studio's vision. You'll coordinate with clients, vendors, and labour teams to deliver exceptional results efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Lead project delivery from planning to handover, maintaining timelines, budgets, and quality.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and smooth coordination.
Manage vendor and supplier relationships, including sourcing, negotiations, and timely deliveries.
Oversee labour teams and on-site execution, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
Collaborate with design and procurement teams to align creative concepts with execution.
Track project costs, schedules, and progress, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and maintain quality control.
Maintain organized documentation for contracts, work orders, and reports.
What We're Looking For

2-5 years of experience in operations, project, or site management within interior design, architecture, or construction.
Proven skills in project delivery, vendor coordination, and client communication.
Strong understanding of site execution, procurement, and labour management.
Excellent leadership, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with project tracking and budgeting tools.
A proactive, hands-on professional who thrives in a creative and fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
