Position Details
Key Responsibilities
Develop Project Schedules, Project Reports, PO, and Resource Plans.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams.
Ensure quality control, finishing standards, and adherence to safety norms.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients & ensure client requirements are understood and implemented on site.
Monitor site activities to ensure quality, safety, and timelines. Resolve on-site issues, design conflicts, or vendor delays.
Maintain project documentation (contracts, drawings, approvals, handover reports).
Ensure adherence to design specifications, safety norms, and industry standards. Conduct final inspections and ensure successful project handover.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in interior project management / fit-outs.
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Good communication and people management skills.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp reporting)
