Lead and manage end-to-end execution of commercial interior fit-out projects.
Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and clients.
Conduct regular site reviews and ensure work is aligned with drawings and specifications.
Manage procurement, vendor negotiations, and material approvals.
Track project progress, generate MIS reports, and ensure timely billing/invoicing.
Identify and resolve project risks, delays, and technical issues.
Ensure compliance with quality, health, and safety standards.
Lead and motivate site engineers, supervisors, and workforce to achieve project goals.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience
in
commercial interior project management
.
Proven track record of handling
corporate office fit-outs, retail, or commercial interiors
.
Strong knowledge of interior works (civil, carpentry, MEP, finishing, etc.).
Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera, MS Office, and AutoCAD.
Excellent leadership, client-handling, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and deliver under strict deadlines.
