Job Overview:



We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with 4-6 years of experience in managing commercial interior fit-out projects. The candidate must possess a solid understanding of project execution, materials sourcing, vendor management, and contract handling. The role demands end-to-end project leadership--from planning to handover--ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Plan, manage, and supervise the full-cycle execution of commercial interior and finishing works.

2. Handle multiple projects including corporate offices, retail, and hospitality spaces.

3. Coordinate with designers, consultants, PMC teams, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

4. Review drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and ensure on-ground implementation accuracy.

5. Ensure timely procurement and availability of finishing materials as per schedules.

6. Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors.

7. Represent the company in PMC/client review meetings, providing detailed updates on progress, challenges, and resolutions.

8. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory regulations.

9. Monitor project timelines, budgets, workforce efficiency, and implement corrective actions where needed.

10. Collaborate with MEP teams to ensure seamless integration of services.

11. Maintain comprehensive site reports, logs, documentation, and billing summaries.

12. Exhibit excellent communication and leadership in all client, team, and vendor interactions.

Requirements:



1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.

2. 4-6 years of relevant experience in commercial interior project management.

3. Proven ability to source materials, negotiate costs, and manage vendor relations effectively.

4. In-depth knowledge of finishing materials, detailing standards, and fit-out sequences.

5. Experience attending and reporting in PMC or client-facing review meetings.

6. Strong understanding of contracts, billing processes, and value engineering.

7. Proficiency in tools such as MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, and Excel-based reporting.

8. Fluent in spoken and written English, with excellent presentation and communication skills.

9. Strong leadership, multitasking, and on-site decision-making ability.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

10. PMP or other project management certifications.

11. Experience using ERP systems for procurement and billing.

12. Network of vendors and subcontractors in the interior contracting industry.

13. Working knowledge of local building codes, safety standards, and statutory approvals.
