Job Description

The Project Manager at YNM Safety will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering road safety and infrastructure projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role demands a detail-oriented, proactive professional with experience in handling end-to-end project cycles, vendor coordination, compliance, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple road safety infrastructure projects (e.g., crash barriers, signages, smart poles, high mast lighting). Coordinate with internal teams (design, procurement, production, logistics) and external stakeholders (clients, contractors, government agencies). Create detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure adherence to IRC, MoRTH, and other relevant standards. Conduct periodic site visits, review progress reports, and troubleshoot issues. Liaise with clients for approvals, meetings, and timely updates. Oversee quality control and ensure HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) compliance. Document all project phases and maintain accurate records. Support tender submissions, technical proposals, and costing if required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Project Management / Construction / related field. 5+ years of experience in project management (preferably in infrastructure or road safety sector). PMP certification or similar (preferred). Strong command of MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD (basic), and ERP systems. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel to project sites across India.
