Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire lifecycle of interior fit-out projects:

planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery

. Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met. Prepare and manage project schedules, timelines, and resources. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, progress, and compliance with design and safety standards. Manage

BOQ, procurement planning

, and resource allocation. Ensure

cost control, budget adherence, and timely billing coordination

. Supervise and manage

site engineers, contractors, and vendors

. Track project progress and prepare

status reports

for internal and client reviews. Resolve issues, delays, or conflicts that arise during the project execution. Ensure timely project handover with quality and client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in

Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design

. 5-10 years of project management experience in

interior fit-outs / turnkey interior contracting

. Proven ability to handle

residential, commercial, retail, or hospitality

interior projects. Excellent understanding of

BOQ, drawings, materials, and finishes

. Proficient in

MS Project / Excel / AutoCAD

. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
