ob Title: Project Manager (Township)

Location: Ferozepur Road, Ludhiana

Salary: ?60,000 per month (CTC)

Qualification: Graduate

Experience: Must have experience in Township and Real Estate projects

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the full lifecycle of township development projects

Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities

Manage project timelines, budgeting, and quality control

Ensure all legal and regulatory compliance is met

Supervise on-site operations and lead project execution teams

Provide regular progress updates to senior management

Requirements

Graduation degree with hands-on experience in real estate and township project management

Strong leadership, planning, and execution skills

In-depth knowledge of construction and township development standards

Effective communication and team management capabilities
