: Project Manager to MD

Job Location : Delhi

Primary Responsibilities :

- Supports MD's office in all tasks

- Responsible for overall business and resource management

- Motivate and effectively manage performance of teams to ensure delivery of overall targets and business plan

- Providing high level strategic advice to Senior management on various business aspect

- Working with peers on successful execution of plan/strategy and device process on sustainability

- Ensuring clarity around priorities and goals for the entire functional area

- Responsible as a team lead for delivery of overall operational metrics, targets and dashboards

- The continuous identification and implementation of best practice through interaction with the team

- Oversees employment and ensures there are enough staff (and the right people)

- Responsible for day-to-day business activities

- Overseeing operations of the company and the work of executives.

Secondary Responsibilities :

- Interacting with teams for day-to-day work reporting and analysis

- Facilitating goal level creation for the border function and works with managers to ensure the goals cascade to all workers.

- Identifies risks and ensures appropriate strategies are in place

- Ensures the correct practices are met

- Attends meetings and other presentations

- Conduct reviews and meetings on regular basis

- Certification in project management would be an added advantage
