Job Title: Project Manager - Interiors Job Summary
The Project Manager - Interiors is responsible for planning, executing, and closing interior fit-out projects within scope, time, quality, and budget. The role involves coordination with clients, designers, vendors, site teams, and management to ensure smooth project delivery from design to handover.
Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution
Plan and manage interior projects from kickoff to final handover
Prepare project schedules, work programs, and execution strategies
Ensure timely completion of milestones as per approved timelines
Site Management
Supervise day-to-day site activities and workforce
Coordinate carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, false ceiling, and finishing works
Ensure work execution as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Coordination & Communication
Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, and vendors
Conduct site meetings and prepare progress reports
Resolve site issues and ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders
Quality, Safety & Compliance
Ensure quality control and adherence to approved materials and workmanship
Implement safety standards and site discipline
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
Cost & Procurement Control
Monitor project budgets and control costs
Coordinate with purchase and stores teams for material planning and delivery
Verify vendor bills, subcontractor bills, and work completion status
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain project documentation, BOQs, drawings, approvals, and revisions
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
Ensure proper snag list closure and final handover documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field
8-12 years of experience in interior fit-out project management
Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and execution methods
Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and project management tools
Preferred Experience
Experience in residential, commercial, retail, or corporate interior projects
Handling multiple sites/projects simultaneously
Experience in vendor and subcontractor management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
