Job Summary:

The Project Manager - Interior Site Execution is responsible for end-to-end execution of interior projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and efficient site operations. The role involves managing multiple sites, supervising and training site supervisors, coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring material availability, resolving on-site issues, and maintaining proper documentation and reporting to management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Execution

Prepare detailed project execution plans and schedules. Ensure smooth site mobilization and coordinate with supervisors for daily work allocation. Track project milestones and ensure all tasks adhere to timelines and quality standards. Strictly monitor project cost, material usage, and labour productivity.

2. Site Management

Manage multiple project sites simultaneously. Oversee site supervisors, allocate responsibilities, and ensure effective on-site supervision. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and standards. Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively.

3. Team Management & Training

Lead, guide, and motivate site supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors. Train supervisors on technical skills, documentation, safety, and quality practices. Ensure adequate manpower planning and resource allocation at all project sites.

4. Material Coordination

Coordinate with procurement and stores teams to ensure timely delivery of materials to the site. Monitor inventory, consumption, and material handling at site. Report shortages or deviations immediately to management.

5. Quality Assurance & Inspection

Conduct detailed inspections to ensure workmanship quality matches company standards. Verify dimensions, finishes, and alignment as per drawings and specifications. Ensure compliance with safety norms and minimize rework.

6. Coordination & Communication

Coordinate with internal teams (design, procurement, accounts, sales) to ensure project alignment. Liaise with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors for smooth execution. Attend site meetings, client meetings, and ensure proper communication flow.

7. Reporting & Documentation

Submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to management. Maintain site-related documentation including drawings, checklists, approvals, and material logs. Report delays, risks, and project deviations with action plans.

8. Timeline & Deliverable Management

Ensure all project activities are completed within the defined time frame. Monitor critical paths and take corrective action to avoid delays. Ensure timely handing over of the site to the client with required documentation

Qualification & Experience:

Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

3-8 years

of experience in interior fit-out, construction, or site execution roles. Proven experience handling multiple sites and teams simultaneously. Knowledge of project management tools and site documentation.

Working Conditions:

Travel to various project sites as per requirement. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Flexible to work extended hours depending on project demands.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
